Angeline is a Partner of Kalos, she has more than 10 years of experience in the design & build projects, events and exhibitions across the institutional, luxury brands, commercial and theming sectors internationally.
Angeline started as a motivated and innovative designer with hands-on experience in handling several simultaneous projects, concept creation, graphic design, visual conceptualisation, space planning and project management. She is equipped with the ability to escalate brand awareness by utilizing skills gained in the creative industry, being able to identify opportunities, ensure effective cost measure efficiency and profitability through initial assessment, design analysis and the ability to build strong relationship & effective communication with different stakeholders.

Ling is a consultant at Kalos, supporting Singapore clients in quantity surveying, cost and contracts management. He has more 35 years of both consulting and industry experience across the construction, institutional, commercial and themed park industry. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Prior to joining kalos, he had worked on all aspects of quantity surveying, cost and contract management in the government and private sectors. Dillon joined Kalos in 2019 as a consultant overseeing Singapore and oversea business. He has deep knowledge and experience in the construction, institutional, commercial and theming sectors.
He holds a 1st Class Bachelor in Quantity Surveying and has more than 4 years of consulting experience and 6 years of industry expertise in quantity surveying, cost and project management.
Dillon has a strong track record of delivering various scale and complex projects, particularly in the procurement and supply chain management domains. Aside to the routine contracts and quantity surveying tasks, he works on workforce transformation, negotiations, procurement and operations digitalization, supply risk management based on analytics and costs reduction.
Increasingly, galleries, museums and restaurants are changing their fundamental strategies to attract sustained audiences. It has been recognised that content development and multimedia are motivators that engage audiences better. Dillon has been involved in thematic projects and learned to produce feasibility studies and cost estimates for Multimedia from our multimedia specialists.
