Our design, content and visualisation partners specialise in the curation of content, design overlay, space planning and integration of technology and social media for, but not limited to, events, exhibitions, museums and permanent gallery projects. Expertise provided includes conceptualisation and interpretive planning, content and visitor flow, research and content management, copywriting and graphic management to ensure that key messages are communicated to the visitors. The multimedia team works to enhance visitor experience and improve communication of messages by customising the use of technology to the needs of the client and projects in question.

The fundamental ideas of visitor experience have evolved over the years as target audience becomes more diverse and sophisticated. Information is no longer limited to a single distribution channel. It is shared from individual to individual across various channels.   • Understand and compile requirements to develop preliminary estimates.

design development stage

•    Prepare elemental estimates at each design development milestone, reconcile with budget to prevent cost overrun.
•    Understand the requirements of the content team, design team and multimedia team and assist in obtaining economical and holistic solutions through value engineering and value management involving life cycle cost analysis, cost studies, cost comparisons and assessment on productive & investment needs.

tendering stage

•    Identify and advise on the type of contract upon developing clients’ requirements.
•    Draft clauses and particular specifications for each unique project to minimize contractual disputes and risks. 
•    Review content, design and multimedia submitted together with subject experts.
•    Practise fair and equitable tendering interview, evaluation and recommendation.
•    Prepare and formalising contract documents upon award of project for release of tender.
•    Review tender documents; specifications, bills of quantities, conditions of contract for contractors.

contract stage

•    Monitor progress, cost control and quality of work.
•    Evaluate progress of site work and recommendation of interim claims/payments.
•    Prepare and update progressive financial statements to clients periodically.
•    Assist the architect/ superintendering officer on contract administration and interpretation of the conditions of contract to minimize additional claims and budget overrun.
•    Identify and evaluate variations and daywork claims to the contract.

post-contract stage

•    Finalise and recommend variations and daywork claims to client.
•    Assist the architect or superinterdering officer in issuing of extension of time, delay and liquidated damages issues and any issues pertaining to cost implication.
•    Prepare detailed statement of final account.
