There are a lot of risks involved in a project.
2 risks that we identified as the major causes of failure are as follows.
1. One of the main risks is that the project may not be completed successfully due to a lack of communication between team members or the inability to meet deadlines.
2. Another risk is that something unexpected could happen during the course of the project and cause it to go unoticed is the financial risks of a project budget.
There are also risks invovled due to the delays in the delivery of materials or other resources, changes in the requirements of the project, loss of key personnel and unforeseen technical problems however, the 2 major risks at play are the main predecesors that resulted in the associated risks.
In order to ensure the success of a project, it is important to intervene at start of problem, investigate and understand the situations, provide the support and neccessities to eliminate the problem and lastly close off the issue and evaluate.
